The church of Agios Athanasios, a single-aisled basilica, was constructed in the 18th century. The church’s interior is entirely covered with wall paintings, which, according to an inscription, date from 1780. A particularly impressive feature is the decoration of the wooden ceiling with religious representations, influenced by the ecclesiastical traditions of the Ionian Islands.
