Sardine Festival 2025
In summer, folklore and musical festivals are held in Preveza, promoting local cultural traditions and attracting many visitors. The most important is the Giorti tis Sardelas (the Festival of the Sardine), held on the last weekend in August, which celebrates the local fishing tradition with dancing and musical events, grilled sardines and plenty of wine.
